A Wedding With
Feather and Fur
Kaitlin and Jordan married at the Millwards Estate in East Sussex, the day did not disappoint with owls bearing the rings, wolves coming for the afternoon and lots of bubbles on the dancefloor!
Kaitlin’s mum and I are old friends of ours from when we lived in Dubai many moons ago. I remember Kaitlin when she was much, much younger!
The family reached out to see if Paul and I would cover the photo and video for the wedding, and even though we live miles away, I couldn’t say no!
We travelled down the evening before and was fresh faced for the morning preparations in a local hotel.
The day was very windy, and the family pictures in front of the lake were a little wind-swept but it was such a perfect place for them, and the couple had chosen the location because of the area and the natural beauty.
Later in the afternoon, the wolves came to say hi to all the guests, and then we got to take them with us on a walk around the stunning grounds for our couple’s pictures.
Kaitlins Sister made the cake, and it was a masterpiece to look like the woodland theme of the day. The couple cut the cake with a giant sword that Jordan had made himself. Bubbles and a smoke machine were for the dance floor, where Kaitlin and Jordan started the evening’s dancing with their lovely, choreographed spinning.
We ended with some sparklers on the lawn, where we got some great pics of them with their family & friends.
