Hannah & Elliot

Hedsor House

March 2024

How did you meet?

Hannah & Elliott

We met at Aberystwyth University in 2011 through Curtain Call Musical Theatre Society and were friends all throughout University. We shared the same friendship circle and kept seeing each other once we both graduated. This eventually turned into a few dates which turned into a relationship in January 2017. In July 2018 we moved in together and after a very brief time in High Wycombe we felt our lives pulling us towards Wantage and bought our house there in November 2019. In March 2020 (just before lockdown hit!) we added a new addition to our family and Cosmo came into our lives: a Long Haired Miniature Dachshund. Halloween is one of Hannah’s favourite holidays and on 31st October 2022 Elliott decided to propose by showing up at our house dressed as a trick or treater with his niece and nephew. We both love Musical Theatre and regularly perform in Amateur Dramatic musicals together locally as well as seeing shows in London. We also both love having regular Spa breaks as a way of unwinding. Elliott plays Bowls at County level, which is something that runs in the Winskill family. He is a massive tech head (which is evident in that fact that his Wedding Band is a smart ring!) and he works as Head of Solutions for PMC Retail in Abingdon. Hannah is creative and loves baking and anything crafty (the Origami Cranes at the Wedding Breakfast and Ribbon Wands are DIY). As well as Musical Theatre she also loves attending Jazzercise classes locally. She works as a Casting Director for Liquid Violet in Covent Garden, specialising in Voice Over for Video Games and Animations.

As a Wedding Videographer at Hedsor House we get to travel all around the south of England and beyond, one of our favourite venues has to be Hedsor house in Buckinghamshire.

Hedsor House is a stunningly beautiful Georgian country home set in 100 acres of elegant parkland, just 40 minutes from London. Exclusive and utterly private, it frequently graces the pages of lifestyle magazines as one of the most desirable places in the UK to marry, throw a party, or hold an unforgettable event. When you visit the toilets you are reminded of all the films that have made at Hedsor with the vast array of framed film posters.
As you enter the grounds on the right of you are a field of highland cows that are just mesmerising to watch.
Hannah & Elliott chose Hedsor House to be their venue after the first viewing they knew it was the one!

The weather was kind to us, a touch cold but the views outside were breathtaking  and we made the most of the dry  day and braced the cold wind, we have some gorgeous footage you will see in the film of this. One of my most memorable times of the day for me was their first dance, the house has a stunning balcony to view the dance floor and we ha to get an Ariel view for the dance up there! Hannah & Elliott both love and met through musical theatre and their dance didn’t disappoint with a choreographed dance from one of the songs from The Greatest Showman, you will see the film below – it truly was magical!
