St Albans Museum Wedding Videographer | Jas & Ellis

Jas & Ellis called us to capture their intimate wedding ceremony and wedding reception in the heart of St Albans, Hertfordshire.

The ceremony was at St Albans Museum, the newly created state-of-the-art gallery spaces showcase over 2,000 years of priceless heritage and display contemporary artworks – sharing local, national and world treasures with all. The ceremony took place in the Courtroom, only few remaining pre-Victorian courtrooms in the country, the quirky round room was a challenge to film in but looks fabulous!

We worked alongside the talented Stephen at Pike Photography  where we worked closely throughout the day to capture the best for Jas & Ellis.  You can see his images of the day here.

The confetti tunnel was epic – Jas and Ellis had seen one of our films using bubbles and they were up for it, I ran behind Paul and Stephen to make sure we had bubbles everywhere!!!!

We walked on over to the Cathedral gardens to capture some lovely images and footage of the girls with the family and then just the two of them. The day wrapped up with an intimate reception at the White Hart Hotel, speeches, cake and a first dance under more bubbles!

From Jas & Ellis …..How did you meet?

We met back in October 2018 on Tinder, and Ellis asked me to be their girlfriend two months later. We moved in together to our own flat in 2022 and have loved every second! We both love having a mooch around St Albans with a coffee, spending time with friends/family, and playing video games together. On the 7th October 2022 Ellis proposed to me on my family’s yearly spooky trip to the Hellfire Caves. We walked up to the top of the hill, overlooking the West Wycombe countryside, and that’s where Ellis got down on one knee.
