How did you meet?

Louisa & Matt

Matt and I have been together for 9 years, we met through a mutual friend who will be Matt’s best man. Matt and I have just returned from 6 years living in Australia, where our proposal took place on Hamilton Island in Queensland in Feb 2020.

As a Hertfordshire Wedding Videographer we love being able to explore our local villages, Little Gaddeson is a lovely little village where Louisa grew up, her wedding was in their local church and the ceremony in the garden of the family home.  Big Green Space had erected the most beautiful marquee for the day and the garden was filled with mini teepees for guests to sleep over, games and of course beautiful music.

The day was hot hot hot!!!!

Mark the photographer and his team were such gentlemen to work with throughout the day and Louisa and Matt’s day was a joy to film.

Having a wedding videographer at your wedding can offer numerous benefits that complement the photography coverage.
Some of the key advantages include:

  1. Capturing Dynamic Moments: While photographs freeze moments in time, videos capture the dynamic essence of your wedding day, including movement, sound, and emotion. Videography allows you to relive the day in a more immersive way, with speeches, vows, laughter, and music.
  2. Emotional Impact: Videos can evoke strong emotions as you watch the events of your wedding unfold, including heartfelt exchanges, tears of joy, and laughter shared with loved ones. Seeing and hearing these moments can create a powerful emotional connection that complements the visual impact of photographs.
  3. Complete Coverage: While photographers capture still moments, videographers provide continuous coverage of the entire day, from getting ready in the morning to the last dance at the reception. This comprehensive coverage ensures that no significant moment is missed, allowing you to revisit the entire day in detail.
  4. Memorable Keepsake: Wedding videos serve as a timeless keepsake that you can treasure for years to come. They allow you to relive the sights and sounds of your wedding day, preserving memories that you can share with future generations and enjoy on anniversaries.
  5. Sharing with Absent Guests: For guests who were unable to attend your wedding, a video allows them to experience the highlights of the day virtually. Sharing your wedding video online or through a private link enables absent guests to feel included and witness the joyous moments of your celebration.
  6. Creative Expression: Videographers use their creative skills to capture your wedding day in a cinematic and artistic style. They may incorporate drone footage, slow-motion effects, and creative editing techniques to enhance the visual storytelling and create a cinematic experience.
  7. Personalized Storytelling: Each wedding is unique, and videographers can tailor their approach to reflect your personalities, style, and the specific moments that are meaningful to you. They work closely with you to understand your vision and preferences, ensuring that your wedding video tells your love story authentically.

Overall, having a wedding videographer enhances the documentation of your wedding day, providing a complementary visual and emotional experience that captures the essence of the day in a way that photography alone cannot.
