“We met after we joined the committee of the Politics Society at our university. Mike proposed to me at Walt Disney World on our first solo holiday together, in front of a Beauty and the Beast-themed topiary in the French Pavilion at Epcot – I never saw it coming. We like Disney and traveling, and while the pandemic has led us to hunker down at home watching movies or TV shows a lot, we like to go out for dinner to restaurants otherwise, go to the cinema, or watch live sports.” V&M
